HR Manager – Hub/Nauru

About the role

Digicel Pacific is seeking a motivated HR Manager for its Hub in Nauru. Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer, you will support the HR agenda across the market and ensure professional, timely delivery of HR services for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HRIS data, including starters, leavers, transfers, and contract details.
• Manage the staff headcount list and produce monthly HR activity reports.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, off‑boarding, immigration support, and contract administration.
• Assist the HR Business Partner and Chief People Officer in recruitment, sourcing candidates and communicating with applicants.
• Submit payroll advice fortnightly and handle employee‑related administrative requests.
• Coordinate training grant requirements and liaise with Learning & Development.
• Interact with internal departments, external vendors, and government agencies on HR matters, including invoice processing and permits.
• Lead disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR administration and HRIS management.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding and immigration support.
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to produce accurate HR reports and manage headcount data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
